The staff was helpful and very friendly. My room, a classic twin room, had ample space and was clean. I could refill my water bottle at a dispenser in the lobby, a practical addition after a day of sightseeing. USB plugs were available in the room, helpful for charging my devices.

I noticed a good aroma of fresh croissants each morning , suggesting fresh pastries were prepared. Several dining options were nearby , providing convenient choices for meals. I saw many restaurants within a short walking distance.

The hotel staff responded quickly to my email inquiries , which was very efficient. They allowed me to leave my luggage after checkout , a very helpful service. The staff seemed very helpful and ready to answer all my questions.

adequate stay, but some issues present
cramped bathroomchipped paint
i was a bit disappointed with a couple of things. the bathroom felt cramped. i also found some chipped paint on the walls (especially in the bathroom), which gave the room a slightly neglected feeling. this detracted from the overall experience and needs attention.
